Deposit of 25% is to be paid within 7 days to confirm booking which is non-refundable unless weeks are re-booked.  A booking form will be e-mailed to you.

Balance of 75% is to be paid 4 weeks prior to holiday together with a refundable securities deposit of £150.  We will refund this within 7 days of your holiday ending if all is ok (we are not too worried about the odd broken plate).

Check in time on day of arrival is 1500hrs, and check out time on the day of departure is 1100hrs to allow for cleaning - however we aim to be flexible wherever possible.
