Corralejo is situated to the north of the island and is approximately 30-40 minutes drive from the airport.  It overlooks the island of Los Lobos and Lanzarote, both of which can easily be seen.

Situated next to the protected Parque Natural, Corralejo boasts miles of sandy, blue flag beaches and dunes.

The town used to be a quiet fishing village and the harbour today is still very popular and lined with traditional restuarants.  It is still a great to fish (fishing rod supplied in the apartment if you fancy a go)!  There is also a sheltered beach in the town which provides a safe bathing area for all.

There is a regular ferry from Corralejo to Lanzarote and trips can be arranged for fishing or watching the local sea life.  Corralejo is a great holiday location and features a well equipped water park, animal experience, bowling alleys, a variety of shops and restuarants.
